The 9JGW series stationary horizontal mixer is specially designed for centralized mixing on farms. Adopting a fixed floor-mounted structure, it is suitable for long-term continuous operation in dedicated mixing areas and can steadily meet the total mixed ration mixing demands of farms of different scales. Equipped with a classic twin-horizontal-shaft forced mixing structure, the two main shafts rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Combined with specially designed augers and blades, the machine effectively cuts, crushes and mixes silage, hay, straw, concentrated feed and various nutritional additives. The blades are made of high-quality high-manganese steel with wear-resistant coating, featuring good impact resistance and durability to adapt to the long-term heavy-duty working conditions of silage processing. Some blades are reversible for extended service life, helping farms cut down the cost of replacement parts.

The mixer tank is fabricated with thickened Q345B manganese steel plates for solid and stable structure. The inner wall is treated to prevent material adhesion and corrosion, facilitating daily cleaning and resisting acid and alkali erosion from feed. The core transmission part is fitted with a heavy-duty gear reducer, which delivers sufficient torque, ensures stable and low-noise operation with low failure rates. It requires simple routine maintenance and greatly reduces equipment operation and maintenance pressure. The machine is equipped with a high-precision weighing system to guarantee accurate material proportioning. Supported by an intelligent touch control panel, operators can preset mixing duration and operating modes. A single worker can complete the whole process including feeding, mixing and discharging, which simplifies feeding procedures and improves overall working efficiency.

Fitted with a hydraulic discharging structure, the machine achieves fast material output with minimal residual feed inside the tank, reducing material waste and improving feed utilization rate. This series offers models ranging from 3m³ to 48m³. The discharge height can be customized according to farm sites and conveying equipment. It is applicable to small, medium and large cattle and sheep farms, and widely used for total mixed ration preparation for dairy cows, beef cattle, mutton sheep and other livestock.
